Transfer of multi-lingual knowledge
Dihèlia is a digital information system on cultural heritage which is presented in a portal format and which offers access to its contents in 8 languages: Catalan, Spanish, Euskara (Basque), Galego (Galician), German, English, French and Italian.
Innovation and Youth
Dihèlia has as an added value its youth. Designed in 2005 by a new generation of professionals with hybrid education and training, Dihèlia combines the content management system on experimentation, intermediation and research in cultural heritage with the scalability of technologies and the management of knowledge.
The project facilitates the transfer of knowledge through a specialized Catalan, Spanish and European portal that assures its audience access to the most relevant contents, sources and resources on cultural heritage.
Transnational and Global
DDihèlia has as its closest reference sources the cultural heritage of Catalunya, Spain and Europe. However, the use of information on cultural heritage is global and responds to the tendency toward pluriculturalism and plurilinguism.
Dihèlia wants to give support to global information users while favouring the development of the richness of cultural heritage from all the cultural perspectives.
Collaboration with businesses and institutions
The ArsMagna & Dihèlia team has created its own framework and methodology for information management and the creation of digital information networks specialized in human and social sciences. As an applied research team, it collaborates with businesses and institutions in information system design and in the content management system. In addition, the team of professionals at ArsMagna & Dihèlia designs training courses in digital information culture for institutions and corporations.
